UHV Aluminum Foil

Ultra High Vacuum foil is what gets specified when standard aluminum will not do. Electron microscopes, vacuum chambers, and cleanroom work all require foil carrying no residual mill oils and no foreign particles. Standard foil grades carry both. Our CM330 goes through additional purification, including degassing in a vacuum furnace, to strip out the magnesium and hydrogen found in recycled aluminum. The result is an A wettable surface virtually free of contaminants, at a fraction of what gold foil costs.
