TOLL PROCESSING

Comet Metals offers a complete line of  toll processing, converting and toll slitting services to meet our customer needs.  No job is too large or small for us. We have the flexibility to do a custom job and offer the same great service for any converting or processing project.

Our toll processing capabilities for foil and sheet gauge material are listed below. We have the capabilities to toll process slit coils from 1/4″ wide up to 60″ wide, with a burr-free edge for electrical applications. We also offer sheeting capabilities that allow us to sheet 2″ x 2″ sheets, up to 48″ x 180″ sheets, depending on the thickness of material that is required.

Comet Metals also offers other value-added services to the metal we provide. We can supply laminated metals and pressure sensitive metal tapes, along with providing color coated foils in a multitude of colors ranging from gold, red, blue, and green to name a few.

• 2″ Wide, up to 48″ Long sheets
• Tissue Interleaved

Toll Sheeting Capabilities: .006 – .070

• 2″ Wide, up to 180″ Long sheets
• Non-Tissue Interleaved
